Absolutely with you on this. I have filled in my food diary everyday for nearly a year. Am thinking of trying to stop on 1st Sept and see how I get on but not sure I can as the mild OCD in me says do it do it. lol x

Walking 5 miles at a fairly brisk 4 mile an hour rate. I do this every day and it makes sense.

Scary isn't it. I find I eat what I used to but an awful lot less of it. Keep going and don't forget you can earn more food by doing a bit of exercise.

Yeah I have been known to change things throughout the day. If I do it all first thing tho I can juggle things about throughout the day if things change. Guess there's a bit of messing about involved but it is working for me. Loving the clothes thing. I do that for a night out and then have to resort to plan B after…

Hi all, I've found a setting on my iphone to set your goal to maintain current weight. Hopefully in 5 weeks time (5 pounds) I can try that. Keep going everyone x
