Hi I have been using MFP for nearly 2 months and I love it. I have never been hugely overweight but have struggled to keep my weight down after being diagnosed with hypothyroidism. Being able to see immediately that exercise wins me calories is fab. Can any one tell me what happens when you reach your goal, does MFP give you a maintenance plan as such?

Hi all, I've found a setting on my iphone to set your goal to maintain current weight. Hopefully in 5 weeks time (5 pounds) I can try that. Keep going everyone x0
