  • Back when I was 135 everyone said I was too thin. But I thought I looked fine. Felt GREAT! After having been way up above 150-160 for a while now, I will be perfectly happy to get back down to 140-145. I think my optimal for my height and build is suppose to be about 138.
  • I agree with the water... and time... I think its totally possible to get your stomach back... just give it time.   • Another member wanting to know the same questions.... I was reading that if you eat 12g carbs and 6 g of fiber that the fiber cancels out 6 g of carbs.... so your "effective carbs" are 6? Is that really true? and as the other questions were given... are there good carbs vs bad carbs?
