So weird isn't it. I've just upped my cals too. I run a 10k at a time so about 600 cals. I think eating more when you work out more keeps that metabolism high and stops the body going into starve mode :D well done x

Nut roast? I made my own last year and I know it sounds bloody boring lol but if you put mixed nuts in and some nice mature cheese... it's really nice! Otherwise, stuffed mushrooms was what my mother-in-law masde me before... xxx

oooh good idea! My hair is super long as well and I do wash it every day as its a bit on the oily side but I could give it a rest and rely more on the dry shampoo.. LIKE x

Lifestyle change for sure. I see food in a totally different way now. Its not the enemy, its not in charge. I am the owner of this body and I will choose what it looks like, how healthy it is and what food its filters through. I still eat the 'bad foods' but only when I choose to and I'm not under the illusion that I…

Fruit or veg... because they are fresh, unprocessed and good for you! I say veg as well because a lot of fruit means a lot of sugar and, as always, a varied diet is best. Carrot sticks, chopped up bell peppers, cucumber, celery. But... they might not necessarily fill you up, especially once you exercise and your metal…

LOVE Mt Eden Imogen Heap remixes - they are my favourite at the moment <3

No! I will happily go in wearing the remnants of my day make-up but I don't put anymore on. Mascara doesn't look quite so sexy after a 45 minute spin class....

1) Don't stress out over it. If you go over today, which you might and that's fine, learn from it and move on. 2) Try to figure out what went wrong today and how you can plan or prepare better for other days. Like it and totally agree. That's what I do too!

Yep! My dad couldn't for the life of him stop telling me how beautiful I was and I used to hate it but then.... I grew up and my mother (who lives off of yoghurt, coffee and cigarettes and was a lifeguard most of her life) starts dropping things in like 'DO you think its the pill Kelly?' Ummmm what's the pill mum? 'Oh you…

Totally know how you feel! You are not alone lol. Who wants to give up food, drink and fun for months on end without a beautiful figure to go with it?? But keep it up, you are in the right place and mindset. Frustration is just determination really ha ha keep it up! xxxx

I have one on my thigh which is my favourite of many. I thought about it a lot and had is drawn out for me and finished by a tattoo artist who is also a great friend. Bear in mind though that this was my fifth or so and the others I had before were small/medium and I was used to the pain and after 10 years of being…

False. The next person has a pet cat.

I have a big bowl of (200ml) low fat yoghurt, with a selection of fruit - banana is the most filling - and 30grams of granola approx obviously. Yummy, you can change it up so you don't get bored AND its filling!

You could try baking some bits for him? Muffins sweetened with fruit juice or cookies with low amounts of sugar. But the best, simplest and easiest thing that I have found is a rice cake, ryvita or oat cake with a thin layer of crunchy peanut butter and half a tablespoon of sugarfree raspberry or strawberry jam (I use St…

Great idea. Don't clog up those pores that may be trying to clean themselves out. I would recommend the Neutrogena oil free moisturiser (AMAZING STUFF) and mix that with an foundation that boasts a 'matte' finish for your own tinted foundation!

Apparently the only reason you get a stitch (aside from eating or drinking too much before running) is your breathing is too shallow. Take a few deep breaths, hold them for two seconds and release slowly. After three of these my stitch nearly always clears up!

200 grams low fat vanilla yoghurt with 30 grams tropical granola and a banana!

My boyfriend calls me Bambi :D

Yep, I take in my leftovers too. It can get a bit repetitive so every other day I have weight watchers tomato soup (YUM) two pieces of gluten free bread and low fat cream cheese. Comes out about 300 cals and is filling. On the days I have pasta or curry for dinner I take half a portion to work (so not dinner plate size)…

Hi Clean and lean! I actually have the same situation! I will share my thoughts on why I found myself here, in case its something you can relate to. The reason I find the motivation on the days that I do well is that I have my goals very much I sight and wish to be lovely and slim on the beach in June. Those weekend days I…
