Was told that you should lift as much weight as you can to do a certain about of weights....say you are doing 12 reps, then you need to lift as much weight as possible to do THAT many reps...

Well I hate the treadmill...lol...soI want to do zumba a couple times a week and then lift weights on the other days

Just do a search for zumba...or look on ebay...the classes I have found are around $3 to $5 per class...so that isn't to bad...I saw some for like $10 a class..that a little too much...also yuo should check your school, alot of colleges offer it to students..

I have taken a couple classes before until they moved the start time to a later time...(I don't time to hit a class at 6:30 or 7 pm on week day, I should be done by then not starting! lol

Well it hasn't been as bad since I got the DH to join the gym as well...lol.... And I made a killer playlist yesterday for my dates with cardio...

I did drink a lot of wine over the holiday weekend, prob had a lil something to do with it, didnt think much about it though since I hot the gym everyday!

Thanks, I may kick up my cardio a bit more, I HATE CARDIO...lmao....30-35 minutes is a long time for me...going to try to bump it to atleast 45 min cardio and then do my strength training (I am in need of muscles) Thanks for the imput!

I do it every time I go to the gym, 30 min cardio and then 30 min weight training (Either Arms, or legs - not both the same day though - legs one day and then arms the next)

I have that problem too, I can only go like 15-20minutes on the ones at the gym cause it gets a uncomfortable...lol...so I split cardio btwn the bike, eliptical and treadmill so my bum wont hurt as much!
