You or anyone can friend me too. I also like to see what others have in their diaries. I try I eat well but I don't seem to loose pounds. But I am eventually I am going to find that magic number of calories etc.

I love zumba. I go to three classes a week. You get out of it what you put in. For me is has meant the difference between sitting and watch tv to getting out and driving 50 miles just to take a class. I not only get exercise but I get out of my box to sort of speak.

Ok, I always have calories left at the end of the week approximately 2000 averaged so why am I not loosing.

This info is correct and is to be limited to five servings of fruit and vegetables. Like most diets/ lifestyles changes say everything is good in moderation. If you eat more then you count it. Also if you put the ingredients into the recipe thru the recipe builder you may get more than a 0 for points.

My husband has one of those sores, thank God we are looking after it. I keep trying to in force to him how important it us for him to lose weight but he does not want to make the effort. I hope some day soon he will get the determination and courage to try harder.

I read that but I can't decide if that mean's i still have 1096 calories to eat. Sorry to be so dumb about this, I just am so frustrated that I am not losing weight and want to figure this out.

Thanks Veganbaum I did play around and it did not change the calories so it looks like you do add your exercise to the food diary.
