Problem with fitbit
For the last two days my fitbit is taking a fit. I had earned 224 or so exercise calories and as the day progresses I keep loosing them yesterday it went all the way down to 35 from 224. Wondering about eating the same foods.
I noticed that I tend to eat the same food quite regularly. I may change the way I cook it, or change some ingredients but it still is the same food if you get what I mean eg: in my oatmeal I may swap cranberries for other fruit, or cook my chicken differently. I am not grasping this TDEE and BMR stuff. I am wanting to loose at least a pound a week. I am 62, 5' 4, weigh 220. I exercise everyday pretty much. Zumba x 2, aquacise x2, walking x6 each week and Curves if I can if it in. Please help/ tell me how many calories I need to eat? Thank you.

After I enter my food and exercise I see these totals on the home page. Goal 1430. Food 1678. Exercise 582. Net 1096. I have read many times on here not to eat all your exercise calories because MFP is overly high. So I am leaving some calories. Am I doing this correctly?
