Know what to do, but it seems like it is not helping

I have been on this journey for 10 months, I started off loosing a average of a pound a week. For the last 3 monts or so I keep loosing/ gaining the same 2 or 3 pounds, I feel I eat healthy, I get lots of exercise but I am stuck here at 218 to 220. I don't eat sweets often but for my birthday last night I had some apple cobbler. I should say I am going to WW so my loss on here doesn't show the total pounds lost which is approximately 35. Any thoughts?
