Congratulations! Get that running bug! In my opinion, there is no greater feeling than chiseling out some hard earned road mileage.

Never miss out on a perfect opportunity for a stellar name morph. Saurez / Moro = Zorro No? Right - more read, less comment (crawling back under my rock)

I use cartoned coconut milk religiously. So Delicious has a great product line. I use the creamer for coffee - a great low cal addition. I also use the vanilla flavored milk in smoothies. Helps alleviate that blandness on some unflavored proteins sups.

"If you work for a living, why do you kill yourself working?" The Good, The Bad, & The Ugly Also, though a bit crude, it makes me laugh every time.. From Kalifornia: Juliette Lewis: "Early, I'll be waitin' for you!" Brad Pitt: "Put your **tty back in Adele."

Bump. Thanks for bringing this up OP. This is exactly my problem. Last few stubborn lbs before turning around and making muscle gains. Thanks for all that suggested HIIT. I'm going to add it in to my training.

My wife makes killer chicken tacos. Puts 4 skinless/bonelss breasts in the crockpot in the morning, covers them with up with low sodium organic chicken broth and lets it cook all day. She mixes all of the seasoning hereself and stays away from the pouched grocery shelf seasoning (don't have recipe on hand but its stuff…

I got into this not specifically to obtain a rock hard body, but to change my lifestyle. To become healthier and to learn how to make better choices for my body. If working out 4-5 days a week and having good sense of what I'm eating is "obsessive" than I'm guilty as charged. Exercise is good for the body, mind and soul.…

Simply awesome. Passing this on to my family.

Excellent question. I've wondered this as well.

My wife and I went through a similar situation not too long ago (same restaurant; different celebration). Here is a link conatining all of Buca's nutritional info. Copy and paste the link into your web browser. http://www.exercise4weightloss.com/support-files/bucadibeppo-nutrition.pdf Keep in mind when going that the…

As I understand it, if you're healthy (and this fluctuates a bit based on age, weight etc.) that you shouldn't take in more than 300mg of cholesterol a day. If you are diabetic, have cardiovascular disease, or a bad cholesterol level (LDLs) your daily intake should hover around 200mg (again this can fluctuate). One large…

Thanks for this. Do they taste as good as they sound?

You'd have to wash that down with a milkshake.

Not to "one-up" the OP. But here's one for you: This was being sold at a restaurant outside of Atlanta. Dubbed the "Luther Burger"... after Luther Vandross. Black angus wrapped in cheese, topped with bacon and cleverly slid between the two halves of a deep fried Krispy Kreme donut.

For such highly productive positively induced website, it has one of the worst community boards that I have ever seen. Way too much anger, animosity, rudeness, drama...not to mention the several dozens craving sexual attention. I will be avoiding the boards from this point forward.

I don't have any experienced based advice for you but I recommend just taking it easy. Take your time recovering and don't push yourself and/or stress yourself over it as it might delay your recovery process. Let your capable loved ones take care of things around the house for you while you focus on your getting the…

You'll have to log the length of strength training uner the cardio section. My diary is open if you need a reference. As far as I can tell the "Strength Training" section under the Exercise tab is strictly for you to keep a running tab on what you are doing an d doesn't actually apply anything to the MFP formula settings.

I've started receiving these comments as well. I have a theory that Americans have over-indulged for so long that it has actually altered our perception of what it is to be truly healthy.

I have been looking more into Shakeology. Can someone give me any input about one of the ingrediants: methylsulfonylmethane? Based on the info I've read methylsulfonylmethane doesn't seem to provide any specific purpose. So why add it in at all? Its a bit concerning.

Great work. You're decication and hardwork shows. This is very motivating.

Dude, you should have you're own commercial or something. That is one of the most incredible transformations I have ever seen. You literally pulled that one foot out of the grave.

All of the above plus there is a specific stretch that can help alleviate the pain. I had these 2 weeks ago and with the help of this stretch they're now gone. Balance on one foot, hold the other off the ground about 6-12", with the toe pointed away from the body, spell out the alphabet into the air. Switch feet and…

Sorry for your akward position. I think you need to have a heart-to-heart with your Mother and ask her to tone it down a bit. Tell her, in the nicest possible way, that you're really into this girl and would like the relationship to run it's course without her intervention. That you appreciate her opinion but outbursts…
