35 here :bigsmile: I have LOVED the 30's!!!! And I hear 40 is even better!!! I don't mind aging at all... as long as it's like fine wine and not old milk :laugh:0

Just turned 38 last week!! I love being in my 30s, wouldn't trade it for being 20, to be honest!0

Soon to be 38 (June) and hoping to lose a good chunk of weight before then as I have my brothers wedding, class reunion, and my birthday all in that month. I would ultimately like to get to the weight I was before my 3 kids were born. In due time of course.0

I'll be 38 in 8 days. But this is the second year I've been 37, lol. Silly I know but somewhere going through one of life's rough patches, I got it in my head I was 37 for a good portion of the year that I was 36. When I figured it out I was pretty ticked at mentally aging myself a year, lol.0

40 here. Took from 38 to a few weeks before 40 to go from 260 to 158. added about 15lbs over the last few months (some muscle) and going to cut back down to 160 for summer.
I'm in better shape than HS!0 -

38 and determined that my 40's will be better than my 30's have been. The past 6 years in particular have taken their toll on me. After months of consideration I recently hired a trainer. I'm curious to see what, if any, major changes will happen over the next year.0

36, although I keep thinking I'm 37 for some reason. I'm a single mom. I had my first and only child in Jan 2011 - I want to be healthy for him.0

Just turned 40 . . . bleh . . . it sucked for a week....now I'm over it and looking forward...15 lbs down, 2 pants sizes and on my way to my beach body!0

What kinda exercise are you doing? Are you taking in enough calories? Remember to eat at least 3 times a day with a snack in between lunch and dinner within your allotted calorie intake. Also you have to count everything you put in your stomach. Drinks, condiments, candies, and foods. Even gum has calories. Read your labels closely and remember to eat more whole grains, vegetables, and protein. Dietary fiber and vegetables should be the most of your intake with protein coming in behind it. I'd say a 50/35/15 split...50 % carbs(dietary fiber and vegetables) 35% protein( lean meats and fish) and about 15% fats which usually comes in the foods you buy. I've lost 99 lbs since Sept of last year. Gained 21 back over the holidays and now I'm down to 227. I was somewhere over 305. Good luck.0
