39 here and hanging on to my 30's by a thread, LOL :-) lost 23 pounds and about 10 to go...most importantly, I am trying to rearrange my outlook on "dieting" and the past focus on thin...and want to be healthy and happy. Would love to have some additional folks on my friend list :-)0

So here I am after three months and still SO struggling! Any advice would be GREATLY appreciated! I desperatly need help......I just can not seem to get this diet thing right and need to drop some pounds. I do not want to be a size 2 again....just want to NOT be an embarassment to my family. Please help...ANYONE!! Getting depressed more and more which is not helping either!0

40 here. Back to the weight I was in my late 20s but a lot more toned now. Still going until I hit healthy goal weight for my age/height. Child free by choice so back to livin it up like I was in my 20s. Life is good!0

turning 45 this Fall.... I am the grandma of the neighborhood. losing weight gained after back injury and also not taking care of myself. working on losing the weight and also gaining strength and getting back to old lifestyle of working out regular. I sure dont run as good as I used to.0
