    Found a picture of myself about 2 months ago when I was 18 and on summer holidays, and I was ripped, without even trying.

    Looked in the mirror to see how I had added weight, lost muscle shape, moobs starting to form. So two weeks ago, quit the smokes, joined up here, hit the gym, road anything and already feel the better for it.

    I know it'll take a few months(maybe more) but delighted I am finally doing something about it instead of pretending to myself that Im in good shape
