Just a quick note: Be wary of scrambled egg numbers. Some folks add milk and/or cheese into these. I personally try to stay with the generic raw egg numbers, then add in any separate ingredients I may have used.

Just made these, sort of. I substituted fresh ground cashew butter for the peanut butter. They are in the oven cooking right now, and are going to be dessert! Thanks for the recipe, hope you don't mind the ad-libbing of it.

I've heard of people mixing it into yogurt, oatmeal, coffee, and the pancakes, as you mentioned. You could probably put it over ice cream, add it into a smoothie, or just about anything you could think of that the flavor you have would compliment. The vanilla flavor in orange juice might give you an Orange Julius type…

I've been using the Body Fortress after exercising. It has low sugar numbers, 26g protein per scoop, 140 calories. Taste is acceptable, in fact I'm having a chocolate one, now. I use water to mix, stick it and some ice in the magic bullet, and voila! I also add a teaspoon of decaf instant coffee in now and again, for a…

Before you die, there is something you should know about us, Lone Starr. What? I am your father's brother's nephew's cousin's former roomate. What's that make us? Nothing! Which is what you are about to become! I'll bet she gives great helmet! How many a**holes we got here? (Whole bridge raises hands) I knew it. I'm…

I've experienced this as well, and have been steadily having my dosage reduced as I drop. I've been on BP meds for close to twenty years, I expect to be off the last ⅛ of the old dosage next month.

Will give these a try!

Not to seem like I'm piling on, you can get a reasonably accurate HRM for what you spent this past week eating out. It won't have all the bells and whistles, but it will do what it was designed to do: measure your heart rate.

Going to give this a try. Think I'll use splenda instead of sugar, though. Thanks!

To the OP: if you drank two 16oz glasses of water, you were halfway to the 8 CUPS of water the site recommends. 1 cup= 8 liquid ounces. Keep up the good work, and don't let the *kitten* get you down!

It's Healthy Choice 35 Calorie Wheat Bread. I get it the local Kroger store, I'm sure it's widely available. They also have a hamburger bun that is the same numbers as the bread, but looks and tastes like a regular bun. I was using the Brownberry sandwich slims until I found this bread. Each has it's place in my arsenal,…

I know this won't be exactly what you want, but I use 35 calorie wheat bread. 70 Cal's for two pieces, 16 carbs. Good luck!

Saved.

This. They're pretty delicious. I've seen a few recipes for cookies/deserts made with them. I'll try one or two out, just to see how they taste.

Lies! Lies, I tell you!

Exactly! Will be trying this recipe out by this weekend.

I'm no expert on this stuff by any means, so take everything I say with a grain of salt. Try adding some walking into your routine, or maybe even some mild indoor exercise. Also, look at everything about the foods you eat, not just the calories. My two cents worth, advice given and $.99 will get you a medium coffee at…
