im 5'6.5" and i weigh 138. i'm happy here but am continuing to build muscle and lean out - and if that means i gain a little here, lose a little here, i'm good with that!

i usually just do the cotton bikini underwear. i workout in my basement, so i'm not worried about panty lines or looks! :) i cannot do thong or commando while working out - just cant! thongs every day all day, but NOT while i'm working out!~

i've never used a 'cheat day' per se - but i absolutely use a 'cheat meal' once every couple of weeks, where i eat something i've really been craving or would not normally eat. try that!

as for why - i do not know. but what i do know is i know the feeling! how unexpected that i would not be the confident (inside) woman i had envisioned!

Obsessed is what the weak call the dedicated. I am up at 4:30 every morning to work out. I wouldn't have it any other way!

Same for me. If I don't SET OUT to exercise, then I do not log it. I don't log daily activites like strolling in the park or doing laundry or playing with my kids...those just fall within my daily life!

i'm 5'6.5"....i am 32 years old, a mother of 2 (2 and 4 years old). i work my *kitten* off every day and eat pretty well. i'm at 136-139 and would like to be closer to 133...but i also work to be FIT and TONED - not just 'skinny'. so, i'm happy where i'm at now - maybe just lose some body fat and turn it into more lean…
