my worst binge was yesterday....... I had: 2 pop tarts for a "snack" also had a large peanut butter shake and shared an extra buttery pop corn at the midnight premier of ironman.... ooohh... the guilt is killing me! :/

yeah, I figured that out the hard way lol.. now I just have it sitting in my kitchen staring at me! I've started just precooking my weekly meals.. makes it so much easier to just grab something to pack for lunches and fast dinners! :)

that's how I feel about it too! I bought one set of the stuff and they put it on automatic ordering so now I've got 3 1/2 bags of the crap! I didn't like the way it tasted and it doesn't work... just wanted to make sure it wasn't me.. lol

I've never heard of "herbalife" but I use "premier protien" in the morning they have cases of them at Samsclub and there are 30 grams of protein in just one shake! I believe I spend like $20 on a 12 pack... but they are super easy, already premixed and come in 8 oz cartons... and they're non dairy so it pretty much works…
