    Your diet is just what you eat. You decide what to eat and not eat. Are you going to never eat chocolate again?

    Eat some chocolate, just in a portion size that leaves you in a calorie deficit.

    Try keeping some small individually wrapped chocolates in the house..... Ghirardelli squares are good, Lindt Lindor truffles, etc. Individually wrapped makes it easy to stop at that portion. One of the best things I learned at Weight Watchers was from a leader about cravings. If you are really craving something (in my case, it was always chips or Doritoes), you may be better off letting yourself have a small portion of it. Because if you eat an apple in avoidance, and then some cottage cheese in avoidance, and then end up eating the chocolate anyway, now you've eaten an apple and cottage cheese that you could have avoided eating if you'd just had the chocolate in the first place.
