1. abs are made in the kitchen not the gym - canned / frozen veggies are cheaper than fresh but still really good for you. - do NOT eat empty calories. like coke. it has NOTHING for you. save it for your cheat day. 2. do you even lift, bro? - building muscle makes it so you burn more calories at rest. It also helps you…

get a pedometer, lovely. i got mine at walmart for $9.00. |(it measures distance, calories and steps taken) it helps so much, and youre more inclined to walk a little more when you're wearing it

my suggestion for you (what i do) is to eat before you're hungry. I find that its when im really hungry thats when i want to cheat. so if im not hungry, i dont want kfc aha. so celery and dip- love love love. or whatever snacks u want. 100 cal will usually do it. but yeah, dont let ur self get hungry.

MyFitnessPal tells me i'm supposed to eat 1200 cal a day to go from 116.2 (right now) to 110 (ideal weight), so i have to do exactly this (eat non-processed foods) or i end up feeling hungry and then im more inclined to cheat.
