  • You burn 800-900 caolries with your 4 mile walk?? Or is this in a week? I walk 4 miles every day as well and I guess I wasn't aware it was that much - I do it in about 50 minutes. I think something must be wrong with my ped??

  • Hello! I started here a few days ago. I am so ready to keep going with this weight loss! I am in the right mind set this time. I started focusing on it about 2 months ago and so far so good! I am going to do it this time! 22 pounds gone so far!!
  • I did that colan cleanse thing once - and it was not a good thing! It was a ton of pills - if I remember right it was like 17 total pills in one day - and it gave me awful cramps, and I had blood in my stool at the end of the couple days I did it - so, I would be careful!

  • Yeah I am excited! I actually started 2 months ago and have lost 22 lbs! So, I know I can do it! I just need to keep on keeping on! I also need to focus on different meals at supper time. That is where my challenege comes from - feeding my family and not always chicken! :-)
