  • I'm the same like u. I eat chicken n Turkey but no meat. I struggle 2 keep my protein up. This is what i usually eat 2 increase it: Scrambled eggs ( egg whites only) Canned tuna Yogurt ( 1.5 % fat) And i eat chicken every day, which gets prett boring but is better than nothing :smile:

  • Currently 64.5 kg ( 142 Lb) Dress Size UK 12 ( I fit into 10 but its still pretty tight :S) That works for shirts and jeans. When i buy a dress i can fit in 8 - 10 UK size 12 is a US size 10 btw and in Europe its a 38

  • You didnt destroy ur diet by it, as long as you go on eating healthy again the next day. And you shouldnt feel guilty about it too. It happend..so what? If u did enjoy it than just be happy and move on :) Its not like u will gain all the weight u lost back by just making some bad choices once

  • Carrots and peas do contain quite a lot of natural sugar. Anyhow u should try to not get over 36 gr of sugar a day as it can rise ur risk of getting diabetes.
