I'm 5'1, 117 lbs. In pants, I'm a US size 0 or 2. In tops, I'm a US size 4 or an X-small/Small. In dresses, I'm generally a US size 4, sometimes a size 2.

My top speed in a 5K is 6:59 min/mile. I've been running consistently for almost 6 years. I'm addicted!

Since I usually run sometime in the morning, whatever I have for breakfast generally works: cereal with fruit & skim milk, toast with peanut butter & jelly, etc. :) If I wait too long after breakfast, I'll usually fuel up with a banana & peanut butter or a Clif bar.
