Thanks for all the input. I do have un underactive thyroid and am taking meds for it. I currently am walking at 3 mph at a 2.5 incline on the treadmill for 1 hour, then ride the bike for 30 mins. I'm the same. Once I eat then I'm hungry all day long. If I eat breakfast that is the beginning of wanting to eat all day long. Its like a drug and I can't get enough. I always do much better by waiting to eat later. I'm the most successful in weight loss when I eat 1-2 meals a day. I get it and I say do whatever works!

Isnt it weird how the mirrior plays tricks on us? I do not think you look like you weigh that much, but the scale doesn't lie. Believe it, and stay here and get healthy with all of us!

I am going thru the same thing. I was just diagnosed with hypothryoid, and started on medication....and I am Sooooooo exhausted, and just plain old fatigued at this time. Im going back to the dr in a few weeks, to get things adjusted. I agree though, just keep seeing your dr and they will make the adjustments.
