Hello Everyone! What foods do you like to eat that agrees with your thryoid and stomach? What foods do you avoid? For me nuts, broccoli, cabbage, and lots of caffeine do not agree with me. Applesauce and bananas are my go to healthy food. Looking for other great and easy snack foods.

I have been having soup for one meal to lower my calorie intake. Herbal teas are a great way to stay warm without any calories. I drink tea without adding anything. Hope these tips help.

Good News! I lost 25 lbs last year having Hashimotos and being hypothyroid. I gained slowly 50 lbs and now it all makes sense. Going for the last 25 this year. Some days are better than others. I am mostly gluten and dairy free. Whenever I spurge my stomach get angry and bloating begins. Not sure if this happens to you. Hope my story helps you. Avoiding dairy and gluten I feel more normal and my stomach is happy. Wishing you the best success.
