Diet Root Beer, with 80 Calorie vanilla frozen yogurt (1/2 cup), and topping it off with lite whipped cream! This makes about a 100 calorie diet root beer float. My daughters love them!!!

I make an easy chicken enchilada casserole, baked chicken parmesan, and recently started broiling chicken after pounding it flat and using different marinades. My most recent experiment was making easy blackened chicken which was great! You can find a lot of really easy, healthy chicken recipes on Pinterest.

I use Splenda mixed with cinnamon, and occasionally will mix in a little fruit such as a 1/2 of a banana, a few strawberries, or a few blueberries for a different taste. I eat my oatmeal almost every day and it is one of my favorite snacks!

I buy the Pure Protein, in frosty chocolate and sometimes vanilla from my local Walmart. It was recommended by my trainer and it isn't too expensive, and tastes great. I also love the Pure Protein bars as well!
