I'm so proud of my day yesterday. I logged everything and I came in at 2708 for the day! I'm at maintenance so I was only over by around 900 calories!

I never weighed every day when I was losing because I would only focus on the number on the scale, which isn't healthy for me. This week is week 2 of maintenance for me. Hoping to stay within my weekly calories by saving some calories each day to put towards Thanksgiving - Sunday. - Also plan on logging some cardio as well. Holidays have always been my undoing so I don't want to screw it up my 2nd week in maintenance. lol.

If they are truly "binges" as in, uncontrolled eating of everything in sight for emotional reasons then you need to work on the "WHY" of it. Why you are binging. That is what I had to do. I actually log my exercise for the week on the weekend instead, that way I "bank" those calories so that I don't go over. I'd rather eat back my exercise calories on the days I tend to go over. It has really helped me stay on track.
