How funny, because my go-to fast food meal right now is Taco Bell. 2 crunchy tacos and SoBe Lifewater = 340 calories. Actually easier to do than most fast food. Although, I can't deviate because everything else there is a million calories.

Missing the point of OP. lol

It is weird because some months I am extra diligent with my calories during TOM but then other months I want to EAT ALL THE THINGS. Today...I just want donuts. lol.

My husband says Michael Bay ruing his childhood with the first Transformers movie and our younger friends told him he was silly because the movies were GREAT. Now, he is laughing as THEY say Michael Bay ruined THEIR childhood. lol. (And he's telling them TMNT was the best movie ever ,even though we won't waste money seeing…

I've heard it isn't great for kids because of the violence. BUT that is also isn't great for adults because it is a bad movie. ;) lol. BUT, this is coming from my hubby who feels that anything other than the old black and white comics is stupid.

Exactly! I still eat fried fish (see OP) but the Long John Silver's fish that I had last week tastes gross. Like they put extra grease in it and the saltiness had more of an MSG quality to it. Freshly batters fish sandwich from our local pub is much better if I'm going to "spend" calories on fried fish.

What is THIS!?!!?!?! I need this in my life! lol.

Warning - TMI for the fellas. lol. I had to buy a smaller bra size!!! The sales girl tried to tell me I was a 36-C (haven't been a C cup since 10th grade, lol.) 34-D!!! Also, my jeans are too big straight from the dryer!

Kinda missing the point of my post. lol. I am NOT saying that I deprive myself of certain foods. I eat ALL THE THINGS too. Heck, look at my diary from Sunday. I meant that there are things that either aren't worth the calories or make me feel queezy. Of course, this does not apply to the 3 donuts that I had over the…

So...the fact that I sometimes eat that "crap" and still lose is an anomaly?

Getting caught up sucks for that reason. lol. We got caught up 2 years ago and got to watch an episode at DragonCon, as it aired...in a room with like 2000 other Whovians. It was awesome! and then we had to start going week to week. :( :grumble:

Yes! They taste like greasy cardboard now.

I would work an entire strawberry rhubarb pie into my day if I could!

I worked as a temp most of last year for a major company. They had luncheons at least twice a month and office birthday parties all the time. I had to learn to either fit it in, OR...take what was offered and pretend to eat it and then toss it out when no one was looking. (wasteful, but wasting junk food doesn't seem all…

DO NOT DO THIS!!! There...I said it.
-
Yes! Those are waaaaay to sweet for me now too!
-
As do I. I've never told myself that I CAN'T have something. There are just things that I can't bring myself to spend the calories on or that make me feel woozy when I do.

I ate at Krystal's over the weekend and felt soooo blech afterwards. (Similar to White Castle, but better.)

I PM'd OP to share my story on how it was very hard for me to lose weight when I becaome overweight because of my history with eating disorders, but that it is possible to do it safely. She replied with : Are you seriously calling me overweight? Wow. Just. Wow. She doesn't want real help. :(

Good idea! Give it a week or more and you'll see results!

Dinner!!! It is easier to control my choices for breakfast and lunch and allows me to have a "normal" dinner with the hubby.
-
Is there a medical reason why you are taking laxatives every night? (Only asking because I used to abuse laxatives and I know how your "system" can become dependent and make it hard to have regular movements without them.
-
I actually prefer plain water! lol.

Eat more. I know that is hard to wrap your head around. but see my first post/question to you. If you are NOT eating your exercise calories back then you aren't getting enough fuel.
-
I know, RIGHT!?!?!?!? ETA: When I was 19 I exercised 2-3 hours a day for a while. Of course...I also had an eating disorder.
-
in so others will see the post.

lol..."grownups" rarely get 3-6 hours a day to do anything if they work full time.
