I did BR this past spring and even followed the meal plan awhile. I saw results fairly quickly.

ugh. I have been there a few times and have, in fact, sent the gift/made the call/reconnected, etc. Those people continued to wreak the same havoc and I had to drop them again.

^ Already did. I am fine, although I wasn't eating enough protein. It caused my liver to malfunction slightly. I took a break for a few weeks, refueled my body, and am continuing to eat more protein now.

This fatigue happens to me too, but throughout the day. And (at the end of the day) I have eaten above my BMR, too. I can always always tell if I am eating at deficit because of the tiredness experienced. I do eat back exercise calories.

It happens regardless of what exercise (including running) that I am doing. If it's a home workout, I try to keep up with the folks on the video OR if in the gym, I try to keep going until the instructor tells us to move onto what's next. I try not to quit!

I met my husband at work whilst on the tail of a dead end three year relationship solidly going nowhere. What's noteworthy is, that ex-bf is a good friend to both of us now. The husband and I still work together, and it's awesome. No dramas.

Mine was A and B. We got married at home and had 40 guests. We had a blast and didn't leave for honeymoon till we visited with everyone and saw them all leave :)

Diary fixed! Please know there's a lot of 'blank' in my journal right now due to me trying to go off my schedule and eat whatever in order to see if it would help. I thought about just eating at 1,794 (which is the number fattofitradio gave me) and just keep exercising.

I did it for 3 months before upping to 1,500 three weeks ago/going on my honeymoon/eating whatever. Yesterday I upped again to 1,794.
