Hey there,
I'm 5'6 and 133 lbs. I'm not trying to lose weight. My problem is my stomach; it still overhangs and is flabby. Anyone have any high protein meal plans designed for abs that can help me out? I'm going back to.JM's 6 wk 6 pk, too.
Thanks for your help and suggestions!

if you still have flab then you need to lose body fat to eliminate the remaining fat on your stomach ..
unfortunately you can't spot reduce…
I would say eat in a slight deficit and keep lifting heavy...0 -
I'm 5'6 as well-my original goal was 135lbs and when I got there, it was quite a let down :grumble: I had to get down into the 117-120lb range, before I had a flat stomach (bmi in the 19 range/bf% 17ish). I didn't eat any special way-just kept losing weight/counted calories.
eta: I'm 35 and have three kids, we're pretty similar0 -
Aw snap, i had a feeling someone was going to say that. I'm pretty small (size 5-6) at 133. I guess it's time to drop it like it's hot!0
