I just started Body Revolution and I love it. I am doing the kick start week so it's no carbs and am and pm workouts all week. It's tough but doable.
Is there anyone else that started this week? If so, what do you think?

I am sorry, but I am not doing this currently. But I am interested to hear how you like it. I have been toying with purchasing her system for quite some time. I love some of her other workouts.0

So far so good. I love how it's constant movement so you don't get bored. I have P90X (although never completed the 90 days) and I find it boring. Jillian Michaels keeps me going and excited. I think you would do good to spend the $ if you are committed to working out at home and getting it done.

I just got this for Christmas and I plan to start it when my daughter goes back to school next week. I am so excited and I can't wait! I usually do extra cardio before i do a video, I just wonder if I will be able to do that with this program or not. I usually do 30-45 minutes on the the elliptical followed by a 20-30 minute video (strength or circuit training). Not sure if this will be too much with the intensity of Body Revolution, I guess I will wait and see. Do you do the meal plan? I am vegetarian, but not vegan and I didn't like the look of the vegan meal plan, I may try to loosely follow the regular meal plan and adapt it where I need to.0

I don't follow the meal plan to a T for the kickstart week but I try my best. No time in the am before my commute to work to eat a full breakfast.
Starting next week I think I will still to clean eating which I am very good at (when I behave.) Her meal plan has some great principles as I see she moderates her carbs and things like that. However, I feel like there are way too many ingredients in some of the options. I prefer more basic stuff.

I'm just about to start week 5. Kudos to you for doing the kickstart week - I thought that there was no way I could do that so I just did the regular week 1.
My weight hasn't changed much - but then again with the holidays I was eating more than I should have. My clothes though do fit better and I can see changes in my body. I didn't take measurements but that is more because I could measure the same part 5 times in a row and get 5 different results.
Definitely stick with the program - it works.0 -
I did BR this past spring and even followed the meal plan awhile. I saw results fairly quickly.0
