Is someone recording all of our progress? I notice in other challenge boards there is always an updated list of how people are progressing... I was just wondering if we were doing that or just keeping a note of it ourselves. :smile:

I've been slacking as well. I missed the last two days but am hoping to get shredding tonight. I'm not much of a morning person so I find exercising before work difficult. By the time I'm finished work, I don't want to work out! Oh well, hopefully today will be my day 7 of the Shred! :smile:

yikes! I have never been able to manage eating right while on vacation. I always just aim for drinking a lot of water (probably to compensate for everything else I'm drinking!) and walk as much as possible. But diet friendly vacations don't seem to exist for me. Sorry! :ohwell:

Hello all! Well I missed three days of the Shred this week, no good excuse for that! I went from 197.7 to 197.1. I checked my measurements, everything stayed the same except that my thighs went from 27 to 26 inches. Thank you Jillian Michaels! How's everyone else doing?

So I have done The Dreaded Shred for the last four days. Unfortunately, I found out last night that my boyfriend's parents bought tickets to a concert and I have to head up there straight after work! So I'll be missing day five of the Shred. Usually when I break routine I tend to lose momentum, I'm hoping that won't happen…

haha! I think I DO just jog in place instead of "butt kicks". Also - I find the jump rope the most challenging. My calves REALLY don't like it. :grumble:

After work I went for an hour and a half walk and was thinking about skipping the Shred tonight. But you are all so motivating! How can I not do it if everyone else is? Thanks for motivating me! :smile:

Oh my! My 30 Day Shred came in the mail on Friday, today was the first day I tried it - it was very challenging! I definitely felt it in my calves, too. I hope it will get easier as time goes on, I had to stop a few times. Here's to "shredding" those pounds! :happy:

I'm lactose intolerant, and let me tell you it affects everyone differently! For me it's anything creamy. I can have a small amount of 2% milk and be OK, but anything higher than that is game over for me! I have trouble with ice cream AND yogurt. It seems strange that you would be able to digest whole milk without any…

As of today my measurements are: Hips: 43 Waist: 35 Bust: 39 Thigh: 27 Yikes! My weight (a couple of days ago) was 197.7. I went to the Keg a couple of days ago, I can't bring myself to step on the scales just yet! :)
