The Shred kicked my butt!!!

Wow, I definitely was unprepared for how weak some of my muscles are . . . wow, arms! Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred, Level 1, is definitely harder than other videos I've worked with - I can't imagine what Level 2 and Level 3 are like . . .

Something to look forward to?

    I hear you! I made it clear through about 4-5 days of level 3, but I got a little sick of it. However, I did see nice results. Keep at it!

    I went and got hand weights last night and went home and did this video. WOW!!! Some parts weren't as hard as I thought they would be and others were wayyyy harder!! WOW ARMS is right!!! I am looking forward to killing my arms and legs again tomorrow though. haha
