1915 calories burned. Still need to do a bit more to make the 3500 by Sunday. But this is my first week of doing exercises in years and I have a friend coming to stay at the weekend. Could be difficult. But I'll try.

Have done 35 mins on the gym ball using the DVD. I put it down as lo impact aerobics because I was out of breath doing it so I'm working the heart and lungs. I also did 30 mins on the recumbent bike. Which takes my weekly total to 1497 calories. So I'm on target. I think my legs might drop off though, they are so tired.

Yay! I'm not getting there yet with the exercise, but I will. I'm doing an awful lot more than I was last week. So at this point, any exercise is a win for me.

I missed yesterday too and am 65 calories short plus I'm only at 388 today and I'm shattered. So I still have about 150 calories to burn today. I guess I'd better get on that exercise bike :-(

Apparently men do get cellulite. Ours is more pronounced because we have torpedo shaped fat cells and men had soccer ball shaped fat cells. That's what I learned when I worked in a health food shop, anyway. (You wouldn't think I spent 6 years in a health food shop to look at me though).

Monday :- 18 mins on recumbent bike and 40 minute walk = 58 mins. Let's see how the rest of the week goes :-D

This is cool because now if I don't keep at it, I'll feel like I'm letting my team down as well as myself. That's quite a powerful motivator for me.

It's no different to any of the natural supplements to aid weightloss. It may help once your body is burning calories but even at that the studies are far from conclusive, It doesn't say how much of each ingredient is in each pill which means it could be a negligible amount (and usually is in these types of product.) Can I do them on my gym ball? I've always struggled to do crunches. Besides, I will be exercising as I blow up the gym ball so it's a double whammy :)
