I have LOVED sweets and breads for the longest time but i have recently been binging on them ever since last August.....I will literally get up at 4am and eat 2 bowls of cereal or 2 slices of bread... :(

The reason I am questioning sugar and carbs is because SUGAR mostly is the main culprit to weight gain...and they are my "trigger foods" meaning that once I start to eat them I cant stop...

My sodium is usually normal! surprisingly. I know I really need to cut back on carbs and sugars :( holidays with the rolls, cookies and candy,....so HARD!

okay as for my picture...that's my GOAL haha that was my senior year in high school and now I'm a Junior in college... And also, I switch up my exercises a lot it seems to me..interval, circuits, yoga, strength...etc uhhgg.

Interesting! The reason MOST of these replies are - Pizza - Chips - Carbs/ Cookies/ Brownies - Chocolate is because it is SUGAR and MSG!! Sugar is very addictive telling your brain it makes you Happy :) and most processed foods have MSG which is a chemical that is addicting like "crack" and it tells your brain you NEED…

Ya maybe I need to incorperate more protein. I just have a hard time getting ideas of good, fast recipes to cook for chicken and fish. I just have a hard time telling myeslf I am not hungry. I eat because it feels good and tastes good :(
