ok, so don't be grossed out, 1 tsp of mayo, and mustard, 1/4 of dates, on a bed of romaine mixture, with a small amount of balsamic dressing, the dates are soft and crunchy and if I need some more crunch or proteins I add some slivered almonds...

I got this one from the Power 90 meal guide. I didn't think I'd like it (no mayo) but it's very tasty. One of the small cans of tuna that come in a three-pack, drained add a little olive oil, yellow mustard, diced red onion, one hard boiled egg white and about a teaspoon of capers. Mix it up and put on some toasted whole grain wheat with a slice of lettuce (I used Boston) and voila! Yum.

Yay! Thanks for posting this! I'd love to hear some more recipes, too!
  • This one is from Hungry Girl, it's delicious as a sandwich or eaten as a salad.

    Veggie-loaded tangy tuna salad
per serving (about 3/4 cup): 153 calories, 2.5g fat, 730 mg sodium, 14g carbs, 2g fiver, 7g sugars, 18g protein
one 6 oz can tuna packed in water, drained and flaked
1/2 cup finely chopped sweet bell pepper
    1/4 cup finely chopped carrots
    1/4 cup finely chopped celery
    1/3 cup fat free mayonnaise
    2 tsp. honey mustard
    1 tsp sweet relish
    salt and pepper to taste
    Directions:
in a medium bowl, combine mayo, honey mustard, relish, salt and pepper. Mix well, then stir in tuna.
Fold in all the veggies, season to taste as needed.
Makes 2 servings, but if you eat the whole recipe and some fruit, you're doing pretty good.

Celery - Raw about 1 stalk

Heinz - Dill Relish, 3 tbsp
    Miracle Whip - Light - Kraft (Corrected),1 1/2 - 2 tbsp
    Hidden Valley - Ranch Dressing - the Original Light, 1 1/2 - 2 Tbsp.
    dill seasoning
    season salt
