I have done the p90x program after not working out...there were a lot of things I couldn't do completely or had to take breaks because I wasn't in shape, but you can keep going and the longer you do it the better/stronger you get!

I just got the FITBIT Ultra with sleep tracker the other day. I think you alternate workout A and B, and do each a total of 8 so that would be 16 workouts. I just read through that part of the book last night...we are starting it tonight!
