How'd you do with this? I wasn't able to get it done every day but I think I'll keep it up for this next week too. It's a pretty easy routine to follow! And it gets my heart a pumpin'!

I'm with you. I don't anything low fat. Higher fat, low carbs and high protein. It works for me. (I'm a carb junkie and I'm really working hard to NOT be one!) Slow and steady! :-)

I had the same problem. My Nutritionist suggested I try to only eat 120g of carbs or less and at least 100g of protein per day. Once I cut down on the carbs, I started losing. Not a lot of weight but I've lost 6.75 inches (2.5 from my hips and 1.75 from my waist.)

I think it's the crunch and the salt. I rarely salt any food other than what I use to cook it.

The way I look at it is like this... Going to McDonalds for a salad is like going to a hooker for a hug.. For me personally, I can get suckered into buying the wrong things because the smell.. oh those fries.. then you've got those McFlurries.. OH and last year, those darn frozen Stawberry Lemonades.. GAH! So I just skip…

I think I need to boost my calorie intake for breakfast. I like this breakfast.. "I usually have oatmeal, greek yogurt and fruit, or 2 eggs, oatmeal and fruit. My breakfast is usually 300-400 calories. Thanks for sharing. " Thanks!! vim_n_vigor I may try this!

I drink 2 cups of coffee a day, with a bit of cream and Truvia. This is a HUGE change from my 20 oz. quad xtra hot mocha's that I used to drink every day!

It really tastes great! You can add yogurt to it as well for another bit of protien boost.

I took Phen Fen back in the day.. It worked well, while I was taking it.. Once you go off, you gain the weight back. Plus ever since, all my docs have been worried about my heart. All is OK but I wouldn't take any diet pills again.

I'm not Ham Radio operator and I understood it too.. :-) I;ve used Charlie Foxtrot.. :-) I thought it was funny. I've never eaten at Hooters but it doesn't sound like I wanna try it now! I stick to roasted chicken or grilled.
