50 calories, 8 protein, 3 carbs, 2 dietary fibers, 1 fat gram.
I mix it with 8-10oz of water, 1/2 frozen banana, 3 frozen strawberries & 1/8 - 1/4 cup of blueberries. 178 calories total.
It's really good and a quick meal. No Gluten, MSG, Soy.
Has Probiotics & Enzymes. Antioxidants..
Just thought I'd share. :-)

I was going to ask how it tastes, but then I saw this: http://www.lazymanandmoney.com/one24-natraburst-scam/
Were you simply posting because you wanted to let us know your choice of meal replacement, or were you hoping people would ask you where you can get NatraBurst and perhaps sell some to them? If the former, that's fine (I had milk, a frozen banana and one scoop of Optimum Nutrition Whey Protein blended together this morning). If the latter, you are breaking the rules of MFP.0 -
I was simply posting something I drink. Not trying to get anyone to do anything. I've read the rules, thanks.0

I'm sad now. Infomercials will never be the same. I might want miracle socks, but I just can't be convinced without being yelled at anymore.

I had Calkin's Creamery Vampire Slayer cheese, chocolate covered marzipan, and an orange for breakfast. Do I win?0
