Audio Books
I think I will download a good audio book onto my iPod and listen to that while walking on the treadmill or while riding the stationary bike. I'm not the kind who can read while walking, safely! I think that will help. What do you do?

I'm new here. Just over a week. I'm forever trying to figure out what to eat. I work away from home and I'm gone 14 hours. I drink NatraBurst for breakfast
50 calories, 8 protein, 3 carbs, 2 dietary fibers, 1 fat gram. I mix it with 8-10oz of water, 1/2 frozen banana, 3 frozen strawberries & 1/8 - 1/4 cup of blueberries. 178 calories total. It's really good and a quick meal. No Gluten, MSG, Soy. Has Probiotics & Enzymes. Antioxidants.. Just thought I'd share. :-)
