Good luck everyone that is starting on Monday. I am also going to start. I am worried about the food, I love food but I've very picky. Today while working on food prep I have discovered that I don't like steel oats. I have lots of tweaking to do.

I'm usually carrying stuff while doing my job so when I'm taking steps well the flex know that?

I have the fibit one right now. I just bought the flex but I want to be able to monitor my steps. Can you still use them together or will one cancel out the other?

Bicep curls I use 20 lbs 8 reps Shoulders is 15 lbs 6 reps ( I suck at these) Triceps I do on the cable machine and I'm at 40 10 reps (and I have to struggle) I hope this helps

I'd like to know what he thinks about this to. For me I try to keep eating every few hours to keep me going just so I don't fall asleep. All I can do is walk at work but some times I sneak into the changeroom and do pushups and squats or I'll just jog around

Besides MFP did you use any other sites to help you in your weight lose?

I find that if I don't have a little something before my workout I get the shakes really bad and then my workout is shortened. So I try to have something small and eat again after.

I have one and I enjoy it. I find that it keeps me motivated.

I haven't found my favourite yet but I know that I will not use oatmeal again. Usually I just throw some frozen berries, greek yogurt and protein powder into a blend with some water and that's it. Its not my favourite but its quick after a workout. I guess its more like a smoothie, sorry.

I log my strength training on a different site. I use fitclick.com. I have a HRM but the battery died and just haven't replaced it and that site is working for me.

How much does it cost to eat that many calories a day? I could think of better ways to spend that extra money.

What a great way to wake myself up on the night shift. I did it. :happy: I had to break it up into 2 sets because my boss came in and wondered what I was doing. I told him that sometimes its better not to ask. Thanks for the idea. What are you doing in a few hours:laugh: ?

My suggestion is to much sure that he plans his food out in advance. I work shift work. I work 2 days and then 1 1/2 off and then 3 nights and so on. Its hard but I find it helps to plan my meals out before I leave for work and don't run to the vending machines.

I was just reading about that adipex thing. I've never heard of it before. I hope you that take some of the advice here and learn to deal with the weight so you can live a drug free life. That adipex kinda sounds scary. Good luck.

I do and I don't care. I know its coming and I try to compensate before and after. I do still try to eat healthy but if I want chocolate someone better get me some and a foot rub.

I do squats, dips, lunges, pushups against the wall.

Grab a set of free weights. You can do squats, deadlifts or lunges to name a few.

You can always buy a bleaching kit and then dye it back to the colour you would like.

Not me. I do about 2 lunches the same but woulld not want the same thing 5 or 6 days in a row. I'd get tired of it and buy something else. if it works for you, keep it up.

If you want a more accurate count than what MFP gives you, try Fitclick.com. They take into consideration your weight, weights used, reps and sets. They have hundreds of exercises listed.
