Hard boiled egg nutrition info

Does an egg's nutritional info change when it's hard boiled (did not add salt or anything in the water or on the egg afterward)? I found the exact eggs in the database (Sunny Farms - Large Grade A), but not as hard boiled. I just want to make sure I document it correctly.

Yeah its the same I think. You are cooking the egg inside its' shell with no additives, so no nutritional value should be gained or lost. This is just my assumption though.0

Looking at the Lions eggs website I couldn't find anything that said it changes. I would assume that if you cook it in oil (fry) then yes as you would have the cals from the oil, but boiling and poaching and scrambling (without butter or milk) it would stay the same xx0 -

Should be the same. Just like melted cheese. It seems much fattier than dry cheese but it's identical calorically.
Large eggs are about 70 calories and whites only are 15. Is that what you're finding in the database?0 -
YEs it's the same.....unless you are like me & eat the whites only.0
