just keep workin hard! you dont have to eat back all the spare calories but you do need to fuel your workouts. take the time to plan your meals around your workouts so your body can absorb the most nutrients from the food you eat.

you could always try a high fat low carb diet puts your body into ketosis where you burn stored body fat for fuel and dont require as many calories perday because fat keeps you fuller longer 9 kcals/gram versus 4 kcal/gram for protein and carbs

i think i can sustain my high fat low carb diet and intermittent fast once a week. i dont think loss of glycogen can explain 5 pounds and a significant drop in body fat percentage.

i like the tony horton's programs better because they use dumbells outside of the asylum series. i like the resistance training perfered to body weight exercises.

you would have to combine vegetables to make complete proteins. they lack all 20 essential amino acids which are neccessary for us to survive. it would require a lot of research on your part! I would recommend a ketogenic diet based upon your goals.

There are body builders who do this! you would have to get much of your fat from oils such as mct, coconut, and olive.
