Help !! adj calories and stopped losing !!!

I don't know what to do I was kicking butt, losing any where from 1-3 pounds a week having my calories set to lose a pound a week, with my daily allowance being 1860. Then I lost 20 pounds and decided I should probably adj my calories well when I adj it went to 1750 and sense then I have lost .5 to 0 . I don't know if its my because my body is adj to the calorie drop or if my body liked the amount it was at and adj it back up. I know everyone stalls but I don't want to stall 3 weeks in a roll :-( has any one been through this ? Any suggestions please?

    you could always try a high fat low carb diet puts your body into ketosis where you burn stored body fat for fuel and dont require as many calories perday because fat keeps you fuller longer 9 kcals/gram versus 4 kcal/gram for protein and carbs

    How long ago did you do this? It takes time for your body to adjust.
