My heaviest was 205 lbs, My Lightest was 135lbs, I am currently 168lbs. My goal is to be at my healthiest weight 130-145lbs.

I log everyday weather its good or bad. I don't know my errors if I don't log and I tend to keep overeating or making poor food choices. So logging gives me a since of accountability & is seriously makes me better. I think twice on what I eat,or if the calories are worth it.

I has the same issues when I was on birth control. What I found out it was what I was eating & drinking that kept the weight on. If your a pop/soda drinker the added sugars keep the pounds on.Also if you love pasta & breads like me that is weight lose stopper. It took me almost 5 months to go from 198 to 183. Once I…
