  • I honestly couldn't tell whether the commercial was a joke or not. LOL! I haven't had taco bell in a long time but we do make homemade turkey tacos about 2 times a months.
  • I use All Seasons light honey mustard. It has only 260mg of sodium and 80 calories per serving. But the serving size is 2 tbsp. I only use half that. So its 130mg of sodium and 40 calories that I use of salad dressing per salad.

  • I had for breakfast a Yoplait Light key lime pie yogurt, a serving of better n eggs, and a special k bar.All with two glasses of water.
  • I'm in! I need to lose 46 more before Christmas! I didn't think It could be done but I have done awesome in only 3 months! Current weight- 181 lbs. By Christmas- 135 lbs.

  • I log when I mow the grass. I have a very heavy pushmower and my yard is very hilly. I never thought about snow shoveling. I do log some of the heavy house cleaning like carrying boxes up to the attic from the basement or sometimes I do log Scrubbing the floors.
  • You have to safety pin your workout pants after grabbing extra material, just to keep them from falling off at the gym.:laugh: Its happen! You clap or shake your hands and your rings fly off. Your friend you haven't seen in a few months tells you that your butt has an actual shape now and it looks grabable. LOL!

  • Hi! I have been breastfeeding for 14 months now. I am personally ready to stop but my daughter isn't. She only nurses before her nap, bedtime, and once in the middle of the night. Its pretty much just for comfort now I guess. I don't add extra calories anymore but I think I heard someone say you should have between 200-400…
  • I have never done them but my Mom had them when I was little. You may burn some extra calories from all the laughing you will be doing at the videos. I know I would be laughing my butt off.
  • I get the 100 calorie snack packs of chocolate covered pretzels from Nabisco. I usually have a few days a week where I have a chocolate craving and those are perfect.

I had to take my 5 year old to a birthday party there tonight and I made sure I ate before I went. i had Salmon, snap peas, and watermelon.   • I have 5 ! One on my left ankle, one on the right side of my chest, one on my lower back, and one on each of my upper arms. If I make my goal by the end of the year I will be getting my 6th one as a reward!

  • Thanks everyone! Next day I feel like this I will get my big booty to the gym. If I'm sore I will stick to the cardio and take a day off from the weights/strength training. Can't go tonight cause Hubby is out with the car and I don't have anyone to watch the kids because of it. :frown:

  • Yes definitely keep walking, maybe walk a little longer each day and add something else in . Situps and pushups would be fine but it doesn't have to be that. Find something new and active that you enjoy. Like me I am starting to learn kickboxing and I love it. :smile:

  • I had a bowl of the new Special K blueberry cereal with fat free milk. (I got my measuring cups out and measured to make sure I did the serving right) And A cup of green Mint tea. If I get hungry between now and lunch I will eat a small banana.
