I would love to lose 2-3 lbs., but with the Carnival on the island (lots of local food) and holidays I don't know how realistic it is. We'll see. I am back to working out. I just have to get back to clean eating. Food prices are sky high on the island so clean eating on a budget is VERY difficult.

This is a clear cut case of inches beating pounds. You may have only lost 5 lbs., but you look like you lost a whole lot of inches. Congratulations on your success. Keep up the good work.

I have lost my 26lbs using Leslie Sansone DVDs. I am up to a 4- mile workout. I did a 4-mile on Thursday. I will do a 2-mile in a little while before I go out to a BBQ.
