People who consistently eat way under 1200 calories. It's unhealthy and I can't just sit back and be like, hey well done for being under your calorie goal...lol Oh and being a real downer and not being supportive to anyone else!

You can definitely run 10k by Christmas! I'm training for a 10K, and doing the Couch to 10K (a 13 week training programme). I usually eat every 3 hours (3 main meals, 2-3 snacks). I like doing it like that because it stops me from mindless/emotional eating. If it's not 3 hours from the last meal then its likely I'm emotional eating lol

I found Werther's Original really helped. It's sweet and delicious and if you take your time and savour it you can move on to something else to keep you busy. But it's 20cal for one so I've found it to be really good and it doesn't matter if you have 3 or 4. Those delicious, calorie dense cookies on the other hand lol...
