    I hadn't really noticed a difference but at church this weekend people were asking me what I was doing to lose weight. I figured if it was apparent to others there must be a difference so I went back through my pics. I really see a difference in my face. Thank everyone for your support. I love this site!!!

    Mycrazy8s its great to see your progress......your face is looking much thinner! You have been an inspiration to me which is why I'm back here on myfitnesspal. I need the accountability and to realize others are doing it and I can too!
