A cup of black beans with the liquid (heated on the stove), a spoonful of salsa, a spoonful of sour cream, and shredded cheese on top. Super quick and filling black bean stew!

You can add me too! I've just been diagnosed hypoglycemic, so I am more dedicated than ever to my new (and sometimes frustratingly difficult) low-carb, high-protein diet. Knowing that I could get diabetes if I don't stick to it is a great motivator!

A low-fat apple cinnamon muffin and this awesome fruit I just discovered called a pluot. Hybrid of plums and apricots - so good! And coffee of course. Dark roast with just a tablespoon of half and half. No sugar.

Yes! I know a lot of it is my own fault (I'm terrible at eating at night), but I play on a sports league and I try to exercise at least some every day. Calorie intake is around 1400-1500. And I'm yo-yoing like crazy! :angry:

I have one on the front of my right thigh. I absolutely love it. I also really like the placement, because I get to choose when/if people see it or not (can't help it with a bathing suit, but with everything else at least).

Iced dark roast coffee with 3/4 tablespoon of half and half. Heaven. The bitterness takes a little bit of getting used to, but once you're there, you won't even want sweetened coffee.
