Hypoglycemic - help!
Hi everyone - I just yesterday found out that there is a very good chance (not 100% until I do the 5-hour glucose test) that I am hypoglycemic. AND, to top that off, I have high cholesterol due to, as my doctor says, crap genes. Right now my plan is to start seeing a nutritionist as soon as my new health insurance kicks…

Goal seems so far away
Anyone else feel like they are NEVER going to reach their goal weight? :mad: I really need to stop giving in to cravings, especially in the evening. Anyone have suggestions for things to take my mind off of wanting to eat crappy food?

Reducing sugar
I'm doing a pretty good job keeping cholesterol and sodium down, but sugar is turning out to be nearly impossible. Does anyone have any tips for cutting down on sugar intake?
