kpopa, I have the same issue with eating after lunch. And after dinner. I just don't seem to feel full. I think about food. It's like an obsession. Any activities to help with this? Count me in. :flowerforyou:

Hi Everyone, I'm a non-mom and this sounds like a great idea to me. I was thrilled to lose just 3 lbs. Then I immediately gained it back. Eating is a big issue for me. I need all the help I can get. Thanks for coming up with this great idea!!!

Hi All, thanks for the great comments. :happy: I just read a book recently ( set in Ireland) where the character mentioned weigt in stones. I didn't know what that equaled in lbs so I just looked it up on-line. I see that a stone equals 14 lbs. So they say we should learn something new every day. That's mine for the day.…

Looks like our situations are similar in that we exercise. Then, the problem is, falling off wagon for one reason or another. I started running nearly two years ago.
