Hi all just join after finding an app for my phone...
So wanted to say hi to everyone. New to Blackburn too so if people know of any good workout class or places to train all would be helpful.. speak to you all soon

    I train in martial arts and find it really hard to keep the excess weight off when I'm not training due to injuries, time off, etc so this app really helps.

  • Looks like our situations are similar in that we exercise. Then, the problem is, falling off wagon for one reason or another.
    I started running nearly two years ago. Since starting, I have run two 10K's and one half marathon. I find that I still don't get to my goal, but between race training it is much worse. I certainly gain size because my mileage drops dramatically, but with adding my food intake to this site - wow, big eye opener. I've started training for a full marathon (Disney in January). With having a new puppy, finding running time is difficult.
    I hope you're not having many injuries so you can keep up with your workout regime.
